If you can hold on to the pet and do not need any support from us, go back to the “I Found a Pet” pagefor our tips, and please be sure to fill out the Found Pet Report.

If you live in the City of Memphis and cannot hold on to the pet for any amount of time OR can hold on to the pet but need support, you can either call 901-545-COPS to report it OR fill out the Found Pet Assistance Request form below.

If you live in Shelby County excluding Memphis, Bartlett, Germantown, and Collierville, and cannot hold on to the pet for any amount of time OR can hold on to the pet but need support, fill out the form using the blue button below to request assistance. Please note that our team responds to these requests 9am-4pm Monday through Friday. If your request is an emergency, contact your animal control, which is Shelby County Rabies Control.

If human lives are in danger at any point, call 911.

If you live in Bartlett, Germantown, Collierville, or any other municipality or county, please contact your local animal control.
