When a pet goes missing or when you find one, it’s important to act quickly. Pets can travel long distances in a short amount of time, and once they enter a shelter, their chances of being reunited drop significantly (only about 10% for dogs and 2% for cats). We know you love your pet, and we don’t want you to have to give them up. Memphis Animal Services is here as your Pet Resource Center, offering support if you’re in a tough spot or need help caring for your pet. You can also request assistance from an Animal Services Officer for animal control needs within the City of Memphis.
