Need Help With Your Pet? 

At Memphis Animal Services, we understand that caring for a pet can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially during difficult times. While we are not able to provide every type of assistance directly, our team is here to listen, guide you, and connect you with available resources in the community. 

How We Can Help 

• Navigation and Support: Fill out our Pet Resource form, and a member of our team will contact you to learn more about your situation. From there, we will provide information about services that may be available. 

• Pet Food Pantry: Thanks to donations, we do our best to provide pet food to families in need. Supplies are limited and depend on what has been donated, but we strive to help as many pets as possible. 

Important Notes 

• These services are made possible through donations and grants, and availability can vary. If you do not urgently need assistance, please allow these limited resources to go to those who do. 

• Our goal is to help you keep your pet at home whenever possible. Your pet knows and loves you, and staying with you is almost always the best option for them. 

• If you live in Shelby County (excluding Bartlett, Germantown, and Collierville), you are eligible to request assistance by filling out our form below. 

• Please note: requesting help from MAS does not exempt you from following local laws. You are still required to keep your pet in legal compliance.
