Between the 9,000+ pets that came into the shelter system in 2022 plus the 5,000+ community and owned pets that we helped, MAS is committed to providing assistance to all pets in our jurisdiction regardless of breed, temperament, or medical condition. MAS saved 86 percent of the pets in its care last year, and your support helps us provide care above and beyond what our city budget allows so we can continue to save as many as possible.
Under IRS Code section 170(c)(1), charitable contributions to municipal agencies such as Memphis Animal Services (EIN: 62-6000361) are tax-deductible if made for a public purpose.
